Privacy Policy
Dusty Desert Discount uses customer information for transactional purposes only. No marketing messages are sent unless a real opt-in update system exists and the customer has asked for updates.
Information We Collect
We collect the information a customer provides through checkout requests, contact forms, offer forms, support requests, Stripe payment flows, and related order communication.
- Name, email address, and optional phone number
- Listing, order, pickup, shipping, offer, or support details
- Payment status and transaction records handled by Stripe
- Messages, photos, or context provided for support or consignment review
How We Use Information
Information is used to answer requests, verify availability, calculate pickup or shipping steps, process payments, prevent fraud, resolve support issues, and meet legal or tax obligations.
Marketing
Dusty Desert Discount does not currently run automated marketing or newsletter sending. Update requests may be recorded manually, but they are not treated as permission for unrelated marketing.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers needed for the transaction, including Stripe, shipping carriers, hosting providers, fraud prevention tools, tax tools, or support systems. We do not sell customer personal information.
