Refund and Return Policy

Dusty Desert Discount resale items are final sale by default. Refunds or returns are reviewed only for specific exceptions.

Reviewed Exceptions

  • The item was materially misdescribed in the listing.
  • The item arrives damaged in transit and the customer provides prompt photos and order context.
  • Dusty Desert Discount cannot fulfill the paid order or duplicates a charge.
  • An owner-approved cancellation is confirmed before the item is shipped or picked up.

Final Sale Default

Most items are secondhand, vintage, or consignment goods, so normal buyer-remorse returns are not accepted. Customers should review listing photos, measurements, condition notes, pickup needs, and shipping fit before paying.

Exceptions We Review

Dusty Desert Discount will review refund or return requests for the listed exceptions. Approval is not automatic and depends on the order record, listing facts, photos, carrier information, and timing.

Damage Or Misdescription Support

Customers should contact support with the listing link or order context, a description of the issue, and photos when damage or material misdescription is involved.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, Dusty Desert Discount will process it back through the original Stripe payment method when possible. Shipping, pickup, or return handling may depend on the specific issue.
